Change2's sister company 2and2 specialises in the development of high quality, deeply engaging and interactive eLearning for the corporate, government, not-for-profit and education sectors. 2and2 is responsible for the design and development of the Change2 learning modules.
Over 2010 and 2011, Change2 developed a major training program for Lend Lease architects, engineers, project managers and administrative staff. The program covered areas such as ratings systems, green building design and specification. Technically sophisticated, the modules use 3D renders,
exploratory environments, interactive dramatic video and high quality animations.
The New South Wales Office of Environment and Heritage has supported Change2 in developing five energy efficiency training programs for a variety of industries.
Change2 worked with AMCA to develop a sophisticated online training program on energy efficiency for the Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) industry.
Leading financial services organisation Suncorp used the Change2 staff engagement program to launch a series of sustainability initiatives that resulted in over $250,000 of annual savings achieved.
AusIndustry have supported Change2 through the R&D Tax Concession program.
NSW Trade and Investment have supported Change2 in participating in trade missions to the USA and UK, and have awarded Change2 an Innovation Pathways Grant for our work in Smart Grid Consumer Engagement.
